I am a lifelong resident of the Capital District and have been selling real estate going on 15 years. I presently live in Guilderland with my husband and two sons.  We love living in the Capital District with all it has to offer-- great schools and universities, technology businesses such as Nano Tech and Global Foundries, Saratoga Race Track and the Performing Arts Centers, the Adirondack Mountains, Lake George and so much more.
